Introduction: My name is Molly, and I am a Los Angeles based certified personal trainer. I have been working in the fitness industry since 2013. I specialize in weight loss, strength training, and corrective exercise. Many of my clients come to me with health issues including: obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, and joint pain. I personally have struggled with being both overweight and underweight. Through my studies and experience, I have learned how to work with individuals of all fitness levels. My workouts will help you reach your fitness goals at home, with minimal equipment. Each workout I create combines strength training with cardio and stretching to help your body both feel good and look good. Molly has been my personal trainer for about 2 months. She has been very patient and understanding as I struggle through difficult moves! I have seen many positive changes already. My clothes fit better, I have more energy and although workouts are still very challenging I am getting through them more easily. She has created workouts with a lot of variety which helps to keep it interesting, challenging and keeps me motivated. I can tell I am building up strength and flexibility. I am very encouraged by the progress I am seeing already.

Molly has been an outstanding trainer for me !! She has worked with me on a variety of workouts. She has developed a specific fitness schedule for me to follow which works all of my problem areas in a logical sequence so no muscle group gets too sore. Additionally, Molly has put together a nutrition guide for me to follow to get me on the path to an overall healthier lifestyle and is helping achieve my goals!!!! Thank you Molly!!!
