Adrian Lee Olson

Introduction: Adrian Lee Olson is now offering private tap lessons to kids in the San Fernando Valley area. Lessons typically take place at Madilyn Clark Studios in North Hollywood. Adrian Lee Olson, “Bettie” of the Satin Dollz 1940's pinup group, has over 25 years of dance training in the areas of ballet, jazz, pointe, lyrical, sacred dance, ‘cheer-nastics’, musical theatre and tap. Adrian is an accomplished (and SAFD certified) actor-combatant and choreographer in unarmed, rapier-dagger, and quarterstaff and has trained children ages 10-13 in dance. After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Niagara University in Musical Theatre, Adrian moved to Los Angeles where she is a full-time professional actor, dancer and singer and founder of Above the Curve Theatre Company. In addition to being a Satin Doll and acting as resident choreographer and dance captain for the “Satin Dollz,” Adrian has performed for Will Geer’s Theatricum Botanicum , a reputable Shakespeare company in Topanga Canyon. She coaches the Little Darlins and Hollywood Rebels, Dollface Performance Academy's talented high school group of the 50's style. She will coach in a professional environment, ultimately sensitive to your (or your child's) personal needs, with customized lessons each session.
