Omer was easy to work with, communicative, and honest about what work was necessary. He and his associate arrived on time and replaced our exhaust fan quickly. We had also asked him to look at the wiring on a flickering light fixture, but when that turned out to be just a case of needing new light bulbs, he revised the balance without any complaint. Recommend!

We recently had Go Pro Electric perform electrical work in our garage including installation of additional outlets and running a secondary circuit. The scheduling was very prompt and the work was completed quickly. After the work was completed, we ran into an issue where Omer was again quick to respond and return to the house to perform the repairs.

Was very prompt in responding and even arrived same day. However when arrived was rude and snappy when questions were asked. It was a simple job of installing new light fixtures. Just did it very haphazardly didn’t make sure it was flush or snug or when we didn’t have a lightbulb didn’t bother to test to see if it worked. The overall attitude was off putting, like they didn’t want to be here…. And was just rushing to do things.

Hello Hana, We apologize that you felt as if we were rude. When we spoke over the phone you said you would like to install 6 pendant lights. We gave you a price based on 6 pendant lights. When we arrived onsite it was not 6 pendant lights. You requested to install 3 pendant lights, 2 chandeliers, which are a higher price and then asked us to come at a separate time and day to install the last pendant with no extra cost. The price that we originally gave you was for 6 pendant lights. We also asked if there was any assembly, you said there was not and it’s only one piece ceiling fixtures which was not the case at all. We take our work seriously and give pride in what we do. We don’t believe it’s fair to take advantage of us and our company and not be honest of what scope of work was really needed for this job just to get a better deal. Costumer service is very important for us as you can see based on our 5 star reviews. We would appreciate if the costumer would be honest and fair as well and say everything upfront.
