- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Having experience familiarizing myself with local moving companies, I am confident that our pricing is competitive, reasonable, and affordable. I will also be offering a 10% discount off the total moving transaction in the first 2 months of 2021 to start this new year off right!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process with a new customer is typically done with a discussion. In this process, I would be communicating with the customer to identify the requirements and attend to each unique needs. The typical discussion is including but not limited to are: recognizing the distance between the moves, verifying extra stops to be made, noting any heavy furnitures over 60 lbs, evaluating number of bedrooms and floors etc. Our process will assist in assessing the moving situation to get the job done suitably and get the most accurate quote that will best fit your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On top of having 5 years of moving experience, I also have a significant amount of years accumulated in customer service. Ultimately, I am an ex-athlete trained on strength, durability, and proper body mechanics.
