I first met Andrea about two years ago, to help me eat healthier and improve my lifestyle. She's been tremendous, and more importantly I've had results. I've lost weight, but I'm really proud of the way it happened. With Andrea, it's not about crash dieting. It's about choosing the right foods, and the right portions. I used to eat Fast Food almost 10 times a week! But I have pretty much stopped completely, and definitely no more McDonalds. I now eat foods like kale, flaxseed, oatmeal, tofu, that I normally wouldn't have eaten. And I feel much better for it. Andrea had the perfect attitude for me. She was pushy enough, without being too pushy to make me give up. She was always honest, but encouraging. The fact that she believed in me, helped me believe in myself. I'd really recommend Andrea to anyone looking to lose weight, but more importantly to feel better and healthier.
