- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are determined on a tier system. From securing services A La Carte, to hiring me solely as a consultant to securing my services for the entire planning process I allow clients to choose what works best for their event needs as well as their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I suggest one of my planning packages to new clients based on what they have listed as their event needs. This is used as a starting point. From there I discuss specific needs and make sure all client expectations can be met with the plan I suggested and make alterations to the package accordingly. One of the main benefits of hiring me is that I can provide structure to a planning process that can otherwise feel overwhelming. Working with a specialized budget and timeline that I create specifically for your event the planning process can take place with the peace that great organization provides. Constant communication and follow-through ensures no details are lost throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend event related workshops and conferences regularly to stay on top of the latest trends. I have also trained and certified by Mcqueen's school of flowers in London!
