I originally hired Ms. Shanelle Williams to assist with putting together my book tour. Her duties grew quickly as she handled tour logistics, event coordination and managed our product distribution methods. I would hire Shanelle again in a heartbeat. hired True Splendor Events to assist with my son's birthday party. Because it was his first birthday I wanted to have a hands on approach in the planning process. Shanelle worked with me to make sure each detail was just what I imagined. Because I was on a serious time crucnh Shanelle took the time to walk through each of the rooms I wanted to use for my party, create a floor plan and a list of items I would need to execute my vision. Having her there helped me keep the planning on track and ensure my expectations matched the amount of time we had left to execute. It was incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to make sure I was pleased and my guest had a great time. At one point during the party I had to deal with a missing birthday cake and cake pops - guests started arriving in my absence!! Shanelle immediately took on the temporary role of host to make sure everyone was taken care of and comfortable until I returned. Her positive and upbeat personality put me at ease on more than one occasion and for that I am grateful. She is great planner and is passionate about making things easy for her client. I would definitely hire her again in the future for other planning needs!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are determined on a tier system. From securing services A La Carte, to hiring me solely as a consultant to securing my services for the entire planning process I allow clients to choose what works best for their event needs as well as their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I suggest one of my planning packages to new clients based on what they have listed as their event needs. This is used as a starting point. From there I discuss specific needs and make sure all client expectations can be met with the plan I suggested and make alterations to the package accordingly. One of the main benefits of hiring me is that I can provide structure to a planning process that can otherwise feel overwhelming. Working with a specialized budget and timeline that I create specifically for your event the planning process can take place with the peace that great organization provides. Constant communication and follow-through ensures no details are lost throughout the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend event related workshops and conferences regularly to stay on top of the latest trends. I have also trained and certified by Mcqueen's school of flowers in London!
