Professionalism, Customer care and High Quality shouldn't be odd to see all at once but unfortunately it is with MANY caterers, but not with Chef Sicily! Not only is her food creative and some of the best I've EVER tasted but you can tell she cares about what you're doing not just what you're paying her. As a professional in television and an entrepreneur, I value gettig the most out of my budget and I get beyond that with Sicily!

Sicily came in to host an interactive cooking class at Stamps.com during the 4th of July week. She came very prepared. She showed up early, had all her own kitchen utensils and had the harder parts of the meal already prepped (As small cakes were the dessert portion, Sicily had baked the cakes prior to the class as we do not have an oven in our work kitchen). The employees were given the opportunity to watch, practice and eat a delicious meal; complete from main course to dessert! Sicily is a pleasure to work with and her commitment to meeting our needs and responding in exceedingly fast time, made for a phenomenal experience. I highly recommend her!

No, it more so, what people want and what they can afford and we meet in the middle.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am always looking to see what new methods are out there. Is there a better way then what I am use to and possibly going back to school.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been an actress sine the age of 7 and it was the only "job" or "career" I had ever know. But, after getting married and starting a family, I wanted something new and I said to myself "What is it that I love... Dinner parties and to feed people. So, I will go to culinary school and become a chef" and the rest was history.
