- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything begins with a complimentary 90 minute assessment and workout at one of my state of the art facilities, or at the client's home. After that, sessions can be purchased in one of TWO ways, depending on your goals, needs, and preference: 1) 6-week training cycles for $65 / session and up: The more frequently you train each week, the lower the session price. Session prices includes your complete fitness solution: state of the art gym access, nutrition counseling, cardio program, and supplemental strength and flexibility program. Payment plans available. 2) Training packages of 10 - 40 sessions for $90 / session and up. This option also includes your complete fitness solution (see above). These sessions are not tied to a six-week training cycle and do not expire. Payment is collected for ten sessions at a time, with more flexible options possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly do research to better serve every one of my current clients and attend to their ever changing goals, needs, and fitness levels. I re-certify ever two years through taking extensive courses that cover the latest research and developments in the areas that will best serve my client base. This year, I earned my recertification hours through NASM's nutrition counseling course.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I'm old and gray, I want to know without a shadow of a doubt that I've spent my life helping people make positive changes in their lives. With all the gifts that athletics have given me, I know that personal training is a way to do just that.
