Introduction: Two Reasons: 1) All Inclusive Service; and 2) You will learn to do everything with better technique than everyone else in the gym. 1) All Inclusive: My session rates for every client include a COMPLETE FITNESS SOLUTION: nutrition counseling, a cardio program, and a corrective exercise and stretching program to be done between sessions. In addition, all gym fees are included in my rate. This is the simplest way to get my clients EVERYTHING THEY NEED TO SUCCEED. 2) Perfect Technique: It's all about attention to detail. I do way more than train muscles; I coach movement. You will learn how your body works and the fundamental principles that govern proper technique. That means there's nothing you won't know how to do right. When you do things right, you GET STRONG VERY QUICKLY. Watching my CLIENTS BECOME ATHLETES along the way to achieving their fitness goals. Nothing excites me more than my clients getting hooked on a healthy lifestyle and coming to me with new goals that they want to achieve. I'm grateful for the opportunity to inspire my clients to pursue greatness. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing them ACHIEVE WHAT THEY ONCE THOUGHT WAS IMPOSSIBLE.

James has been a fantastic trainer and friend over the past 3 years. When I first started with James, my body was out of sync, I had "chicken legs" according to my girlfriend, and my posture was truly god awful. One of James' greatest strengths as a trainer is his knowledge of the muscular and skeletal systems and his focus on form. He won't let you get away with bad form and with good reason - you won't achieve your goals if you do and you could get injured. Most trainers are way too lax when it comes to this, but James isn't. As you work with James to develop the proper form and good habits, you will be able to work muscles you probably haven't in a long time purely because your form wouldn't allow you to do so in the past. I now have "legs made of iron" (again according to my girlfriend) and my posture is 100x better. If you are looking for someone who will continually push you and hold you accountable for your goals, James is the trainer for you.

I cannot say enough amazing things about James. James is like a personal trainer, physical therapist, nutritionist, and life coach rolled into one. He has an academic knowledge of the body and applies it every time you see him to develop highly specialized and ever-evolving fitness plans for you. He did what no orthopedist or physical therapist could do (and I went through several) - cure me of chronic knee pain which had plagued me even though I was in my 20s. James understood that my knee problems were the result of seemingly unrelated issues such as a tight achilles, inflexible quads, and many bad habits I had developed. Rather than cutting straight to heavy lifting (as my past trainers had done), James has done a significant amount of foundational work which has made me confident in the gym, improved my posture, and reduced other aches and pains. I'm grateful to benefit from his holistic approach and give him my highest recommendation Kayvan

James has helped me turn from an average (or below), lightly active person doing just-good-enough workouts into a fearless triathlete and ocean swimmer! Initially I was only interested in his swim training (which made a huge improvement on my strokes) but once we started strength training along with my swims, I gained so much more fitness and strength. I've had a few trainers in the past, but he is the winner when it comes to perfecting your form (to the OCD level ;p ). Any little wrong twitch in the muscle, he will not let go...I've learned to appreciate his attention to details as a crucial factor in injury prevention and long-term positive results. He puts his knowledge and passion in truly giving you the most out of your training. And most of all, his positive personality makes the most grueling workouts even fun.

After a few months in physical therapy, I started working out with James to help address my chronic back pain and postural issues stemming from a career as a desk jockey. I would say that he's been just as knowledgeable as my physical therapist(s), and even more influential in helping to correct my problems. Even better than that, he has helped pave the way beyond corrective exercise into achieving a higher level of fitness. His attention to detail is unparalleled. I've gotten great results in the year that I've trained with him, and I look forward to working together for the foreseeable future. I can't recommend James enough. I've trained with James for well over 3 years now and am so happy that I did. Over the years James has worked with me to increase my mobility, flexibility, cardio, and overall strength depending on my goals. During the same time I went through numerous life changing events and wouldn't have had the motivation to remain dedicated to my fitness, but James was always there to motivate me whether it was through funny Austrian trainer imitations or no-pain-no-gain pep talks. James pushes me hard...sometimes to the point I feel like blowing chunks...but he seems to be able to find the right balance of workout intensity to match my limits on any given day. James' holistic approach to fitness has helped me improve my diet and avoid shoulder surgery as well. I look forward to becoming healthier and stronger working with James in the future.
