I've hired her twice to make garments for me and I was very happy both times! The first was a custom cloak for a Game of Thrones costume, it was gorgeous and wore so well that I've worn it a few dozen times outside of costume use! The second I asked for her to make me a replica of a custom victorian accordion neck thing I saw on her instagram, she turned it out quickly and I've loved playing with this very unique fashion piece in a few of my outfits. Overall I've had great experiences working with her and look forward to the next custom piece that I'll eventually order :) pics for reference of what I'm talking about, although they don't really show off the quality of the garments...

After looking at numerous wedding dresses and having no luck I decided to try something more personal. I reached out to Noel due to her talent in fashion design and creativity and was pleased when she agreed to design my dress. I wanted something very timeless and delicate but had no clue about all the details that come with design. She did an amazing job of explaining to me the difference between colors, material and even patterns of lace. She offered plenty of fittings and even sent photos to track her progress and communicated with me the whole time. I loved my dress and am extremely happy with my decision to not just pick something off of the rack.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is on hourly bases. The estimate you would be given will take into account the materials, difficulty of design execution and the time frame as well as the hours that go into it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will want to know about your personal style. I will be able to provide 3-5 sketches that we could choose from for your garment. I would meet with you to measure you so I can create the garment to your size.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended school in San Francisco at the Academy of Art University where I graduated with a Fashion Design Degree.
