Introduction: I have 10 years of coaching experience, all skill levels are welcome. I have rich experience working with beginners and amateurs and I also take students with professional level of play.
I usually start my practices with on-court dynamic warm-up , depending on skill level of a student we might include several quick games inside service line (improving one's touch of a ball)
After warmup I usually focus on students' technique, movement-on-court, volleys and serve
Second half of practice usually consists of competitive games, where students implement what they learned in the first half of practice. My practices are always fun and majority of them are in game-like atmosphere.

Fedor is very professional. He responds quickly to our texts. He’s training me, my husband, and my daughter. We enjoy each and every lesson we take and he makes it challenging and fun.
