- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My rates vary depending on clients needs!! I offer different types of memberships I also work with high profile so it depends how fast someone needs results which means working with them longer hours in a day over a period of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first and most important part of training someone is making sure you are being trained according to your goal. Step 1 Meeting for a consultation to properly analyze my clients expectations which can be done by phone or in person. Step 2: Once you have joined is to be tested. I do this by giving you a 60 minute surprise test workout that will determine your fitness level, which will also determine length of time it will take to reach your goal. Step 3 is to take action toward your goal and begin training! Step 4. As your trainer I will monitor you 24 hours a day right through your smart phone, and together we will focus not only on workouts, but diet and your overall mental state so you will have the best attention you can get to help you anytime. Step 5. Once you reach your goals, its about coming up with a maintenance plan!
