From the start, he quickly responded to my request and was able to adjust his time frame to get my computer taken care of much earlier than anticipated. He was helpful, knew what he was doing, educated me regarding a few tricks with Windows 10 and got the job done promptly! I was having problems with my computer, blue screens and everything. I was able to figure it out. Before I was able to solve my problem we talked through the app and text. He was quick with his responses, informative, and able to adjust to my work schedule to come and pick up the computer if needed. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Each job is unique, and I like to approach it the same way. I always provide honest pricing and give breaks for larger jobs. I am always upfront and clear about what your costs will be, so there are no surprises at the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to find out what exactly is causing the customer issues first, and get a complete understanding of what is needed to be done. Then I will take care of the issue, along with providing advice on how to prevent the issue in the future. An extra step I always take, is to see if there is room for improvements in the customer's setup, and will offer my services to apply my recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, along with being certified as a Microsoft Professional, and A+ certified.
