I would choose even more superlatives if allowed. Anto was excellent in every way. From the start he was the first to respond out of the gate w/Thumbtack. Then he followed up w/an email. Then we made an appointment for the next day to do the work. He even emailed me a few minutes before to confirm our appointment. And throughout his repair work he exuded confidence and competence w/out bragging or nonsense conversation. In short, he was the perfect person to fix my computer.Feb 7, 2020Verified

I'm so very grateful for your help. This man knows what his doing ,my computer was hacked, someone was actually in it. So I reset it to factory, but I didn't know for sure it was clean and safe to use. I contacted Antra Tech and he went in my computer made sure all was / is good. Also he gave me lots of helpful advice, and installed a great protection to me.. Thank you so very much, I will definitely contact you again in future. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Each job is unique, and I like to approach it the same way. I always provide honest pricing and give breaks for larger jobs. I am always upfront and clear about what your costs will be, so there are no surprises at the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to find out what exactly is causing the customer issues first, and get a complete understanding of what is needed to be done. Then I will take care of the issue, along with providing advice on how to prevent the issue in the future. An extra step I always take, is to see if there is room for improvements in the customer's setup, and will offer my services to apply my recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, along with being certified as a Microsoft Professional, and A+ certified.
