- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is unique, and I like to approach it the same way. I always provide honest pricing and give breaks for larger jobs. I am always upfront and clear about what your costs will be, so there are no surprises at the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out what exactly is causing the customer issues first, and get a complete understanding of what is needed to be done. Then I will take care of the issue, along with providing advice on how to prevent the issue in the future. An extra step I always take, is to see if there is room for improvements in the customer's setup, and will offer my services to apply my recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, along with being certified as a Microsoft Professional, and A+ certified.
