Mr. Matthew was very professional and understanding of the urgency to have my item picked up and delivered the same day. It was a wine refrigerator it was wrapped in double tarps and it was picked up and delivered on a rainy day I could not be happier I chose the right moving company!

ON VERY SHORT NOTICE I AM VERY MUCH GRATEFUL TO MATTHEW FOR SENDING 2 OF HIS MEN, A FATHER AND SON TEAM, TO MOVE A STANDARD SIZE KENMORE WASHER/DRYER COMBO UNIT FROM ONE APARTMENT TO A RENTAL HOUSE NEXT DOOR. THE 2 TERRYS, TERRY SR. & TERRY JR. DID A FANTASTIC JOB! THEY TOOK GREAT CARE ON THE NARROW WALKWAY NOT TO LET THE UNIT ON THE DOLLY SCRATCH AGAINST THE BUILDING. BECAUSE OF THE HEIGHT OF THE UNIT AND THE SLOPE OF THE ROOF ON THE PORCH INTO THE LAUNDRY ROOM, THEY USED SHOULDER STRAPS TO LIFT THE UNIT UP THE STAIRS AND INTO THE ROOM. I'M JUST SO GRATEFUL TO ALL FOR THE QUICK RESPONCE AND SUPER JOB!!! A GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO MATTHEW, TERRY SR. AND TERRY JR.!!!

I had, on a whim, decided to purchase a decent sized sectional. The only problem was that the store made me move the couch from the store immediately after purchase. I scrambled to find someone to help me last minute. I reached out to Direct Service Pros. Within 5 minutes they called me, quoted me a really super reasonable price (which was half of what others who contacted me later quoted me at) and within 2 hours they had a guy out to me. WITHIN TWO HOURS. They did everything to make sure I was comfortable with the price, and the services provided. 500 stars for customer service, competitive pricing, and for just being overall good guys. I’ve already saved their numbers and will absolutely be using only them in the future for any moving needs, handyman jobs needing done, junk removal, etc. Please don’t hesitate to hire them, you won’t regret it. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with pricing and services provided, customer service was literally all the best I’ve ever had with any company ever. Overall I’d give them 500 stars if I could. (The app only let me choose three things I am giving them 5 stars for, but I had planned to tag all 5. Honestly, they’re that freaking great.) thank you so so so much for saving me tonight, Matthew and Terry! You guys are the best!!
