Hired direct service pros the same week I was needing to move. Showed up in the time frame I was given. When it came to lifting heavy boxes and moving large pieces of furniture they handled it really well. Highly recommend hiring if you need help moving. Matt was also very professional and personable.

We had a great experience with Direct Service Pros. They were extremely communicative and made the whole process easy. Matthew was in touch throughout the entire process. We had an EXTREMELY heavy and awkward to lift Murphy bed that had to come up a set of stairs and into a room that had a tight angle due to the hallway. I honestly didn’t think it would be possible to get it up a flight of stairs but they managed to do it! I couldn’t recommend Direct Service Pros enough to anyone out there in need of furniture movers!

I wish I could have chosen all 5 options for why working with Matthew was a great experience. Communication throughout was excellent. They showed up on time, with all equipment needed, and got right to work. They asked questions if they needed more information. One of things I needed moved were some folding bookcases from downstairs to upstairs. They went the extra mile and offered to put the rolling casters on for me. They cleaned up packing materials and left the place better than when they arrived. I'm look forward to working with them again if the needed comes up. It's been challenging to find people that care about doing a good job, and they exceeded my expectations.
