Coach Jen is a great trainer! I came to her to get a start on my fitness journey. She’s is very sweet and also pushes you and supports you in your workouts. I’m super motivated now which i was lacking before my fitness journey. There were many times in my first visit that I felt like my body couldn’t do more but she makes sure you’re okay and to take breaks which I love. She really cares about you as her client and it shows in her work. I’m super excited to continue to work with her. If you’re looking for a trainer to work you out and also a great supportive trainer she’s it! Plus she explains every workout you do so you as the client can understand and also safety of each one. I worked with Jen for over a year with meal planning and workout plans. I travel a lot for work so she was able to take things I find in a hotel gym and build out a great plan for me. I’m a full time working mom of three so her plans helped me stay focused on what mattered, and not worry about what I need to do at the gym!

    1 hour training session prices goes down as you purchase a package of sessions

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We do a consultation to discuss my clients over all goals and then depending on what the client wants, I customized their workout program. A recommended meal plan is also an option with any program.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have my personal training certification through ISSA as well as my Level-1 Crossfit Certification. I have training recommending meal plans and supplement guide to go along with every program.
