Gil is a terrific trainer. I was training with someone else long term and I never really got the results I wanted. I'm just as responsible for that, I know, but Gil understands the balance between friendly and professional and makes sure you get what you need out of a session. I've been with him for about 6 weeks and I can definitely feel the difference.
I have yet to meet a trainer who is disciplined and experienced in this line of work until i met Jessie. I started training with Mike during the beginning stages of a weight loss journey - both with kickboxing and personal training. He was actually the first to tell me that the quality of training (meaning, the amount of effort put in) is more important than how many minutes I'm spending at the gym. I was spending literally 2 - 3 hours at the gym each day, coasting through group classes and not making any progress towards my goals...he kicked me out of that mentality! Mike knows what he's talking about, and has the credentials and experience to back it up. He does a great job of explaining his training plan along with the importance of nutrition in fitness - you're always learning with him. Each workout session is custom-tailored, and he takes into consideration any injuries, or short term goals you may have at that time. Each session is fun (actually fun!) and slightly different from the last; they're never routine. Mike is super personable, and is a very motivating fitness mentor. He's great at pushing you just beyond your comfort level in order to make you better than you were, while still knowing your true limits. His enthusiasm for fitness is contagious!
Vili's knowledge of the body is amazing! His detail and precision of body movement makes for the most effective workout. I highly recommend training with him.
