Gil is a terrific trainer. I was training with someone else long term and I never really got the results I wanted. I'm just as responsible for that, I know, but Gil understands the balance between friendly and professional and makes sure you get what you need out of a session. I've been with him for about 6 weeks and I can definitely feel the difference.
I have yet to meet a trainer who is disciplined and experienced in this line of work until i met Jessie. Aside his professionalism and motivational talk he was nothing short then a great individual to look up to. Results came in before i even tried to search for them. I have been training with Susie for 5 weeks now, and could not be more happier with my experience! Susie was everything I was looking for in a trainer! I did 4 sessions a week for the 5 weeks and will be continuing with these sessions. I was the queen of the "quick fix" diets. I made the conscious decision to get fit the right way. I just needed the right person to help me do that! If you are like me, you walk into a gym and see all these machines and gadgets and have no idea what to do! So you do cardio and leave and think you got a good workout. Well as I have got older I have realized that cardio is not enough to tone up and look lean. Susie is so knowledgeable on how to do just that! I have learned so much in 5 short weeks I have been training. I have learned skills that I can use for the rest of my life to truly make fitness and nutrition a lifestyle. Most importantly, I have never felt so good physically and mentally. I wake up in the morning and want to eat well, and I want to work out! That has never been the case with me. Our training has not just stopped at the gym either. We have worked out at her home gym, the park, Buchanan stadium, bike rides, etc. Working out with Susie is not a chore. She changes it up and makes it fun! Our training does not just stop after the 1 hour session either. Susie makes herself very available to answer any questions at anytime via text, email, etc. If you are ready to get fit and change your life for the better, Susie is the one to help you get there!
i have a blast every time I workout with Alex. I also have gotten great benefits just by working out with him one day a week (and crossfit twice a week). Michael is a truly great trainer! He keeps our workout fun and varied so I actually look forward to them ( which says a lot at 5:30am). He watches your form like a hawk and is very careful to make sure you don't hurt yourself but you are giving it max effort. He also cares about his clients and their total wellness! His advice on nutrition, supplements, etc has been so helpful. He is knowledgable, enthusiastic and he makes working out fun! Glad every day to have him as my trainer!

I went to see Tami originally because I wanted to increase muscle and lose fat, which is getting harder as I age! She gave me some eating strategies which helped, such as watching for hidden sugar and increasing my protein. As my visits continued, Tami suggested I may have some food sensitivities getting in the way of my progress, given some of the symptoms I experienced and just thought I had to tolerate. Tami worked with me as we went through the results of the tests and helped me navigate the hidden ingredients which I was sensitive to. She was very supportive, which was good, as it was (and still is) hard. Now Tami and I are working on the impact of stress on seeing the results I am aiming for. Tami tells me what I need to hear, but always with empathy and kindness. I have found a food therapist in Tami!
