I called Martin to fix a color problem on my HP Color Laser Jet printer. He was willing to repair the printer in my home which I greatly appreciate as I work out of my home. He worked diligently for 2 hours and after trying many different things the color was better but not yet right. So Martin laid out all of my options and left the decisions up to me. He was knowledgeable, kind, hard working and extremely reasonable. I will call him again if needed. In fact I was so impressed that I went out of my way to give him great reviews here and on Yelp. Which I rarely do.
Will Neal came to my house to repair my HDLaserjet Printer. He was very courteous and professional and even tried to help me with an ongoing computer problem. Neither was successful. The failure was not his fault. The problem was that after his working and cleaning inside and outside of the printer, the repairs failed because part of the problem was a hidden broken gear. This problem would have cost equal or been more expensive than purchasing a new printer. The computer problem was something that only my server could solve. I did end up contacting Charter Spectrum and did get the computer problem solved. I did appreciate that Will Neal charged me a very reasonable price for being here and working for over three hours. I took my Imac to their shop, explained the problems I was experiencing with it. They listened intently and told me they would examine it and call me. They called within a couple hours to advise me what they believed the problems to be and estimated cost for the repair. The next morning I picked up my computer. Dennis arrived promptly at his appointment time. Very professional in every way. Paper was jamming and I was unable to print. Dennis found the problem and told us he would order the replacement part.
