Hardwood Floor Refinishing

Bob and his team were fantastic! They even hand sanded the badly gouged areas, which was tricky because it was a thin, engineered floor. It looks brand new! I couldn't be happier. And, Bob is more than a floor refinisher. He can do all sorts of beyond handyman jobs. I will definitely be using him again! He was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Bob replaced a door for us. Due to the frame of the door and the type of door we had, Bob could not complete the project in the late afternoon, so returned at 7 am the next day to complete it. I really appreciated this! He made sure it was finished! Very pleasant and easy to work with.

Boston Bob took my 20 year old floors ( that lived through many kids and large dogs) and made them look brand new. He made sure I was happy with the work, listened to my concerns and even supplied helpful ideas for other areas in the house. I would highly recommend his work.

I contracted Boston Bob to refinish my floors in an extremely tight timeline after some paintwork and wood restoration was done by another contractor. Bob not only finished on-time, but went above and beyond to remove old furnace pipes that stuck out of my floors (no other vendors offered to do this). His attention to detail is second to none as shown in the CLOSET FLOORS that he meticulously executed. He spent time to ensure that I understood every step of the process and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my stain color. On top of the amazing job he did on our floors, we also had Bob come back and help up us re-do a lot of the paintwork our previous contractor failed to do. Bob even buffed, vacuumed and coated our floors a 3rd and final time after his paintwork was completed. He even came back to help move an extremely heavy couch into my unit (which he did not have to do). Bob is an old-school man of his word craftsman that I recommend to anyone.
