- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I often use an hourly rate but at times, depending on the customer and the type of service desired, use a flat rate cost. I also use various rates depending on the type of service desired and the level of expertise and technical assistance desired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to find out what my customer needs are. At times, a customer is not sure what they need so I work with them to develop a plan to provide them excellent service. I like to put my customers at ease so I make sure to let them know up front, the services I provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Compliance Administration, a Project Management Certificate from UC Berkeley, numerous hours in time management training, and training in MS Office and other computer software.
