I am a full service criminal defense attorney with experience defending the accused in a variety of criminal cases in both federal and state courts. I have experience representing individuals charged with serious felony offenses to DUI and traffic offenses. In addition, I have assisted individuals with clearing their records, including record expungements and certificates of rehabilitation. I have represented individuals whose assets were seized in civil and criminal forfeiture proceedings. I have has also provided legal representation and consultation to medical marijuana associations and collectives.
