FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My baseline price is $50 per 1-hour workout session. I offer discounts depending on various factors. I apply late cancellation/ late rescheduling fees if the request, or cancellation, is within 24 hours of the booked date. I also offer package deals. Ask me about them!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically assess my clients where I am consulting them on what their experience in basketball has been like thus far, and what goals do they have for their future in the sport. I am highly communicative and believe building a rapport is essential for the growth of the player and the trust of the parent. Soon after the consultation, I conduct a general fitness and skills workout where I am able to analyze what areas of strengths and improvements are shown. This way, I will be able to visually process how and where I am most effective for the athlete to grow.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of experience playing the sport of basketball and I continue to play for my own growth and benefit to this very day. I have hired a trainer in my high school years and I still have a good relationship with that trainer. I am also a recent graduate out of the University of San Francisco's Sport Management Master's program.
