Introduction: The concept behind the boot camp is to work with a team of like-minded join a community of like-minded and effective women. As a group, we meet challenges, and work as a group, for both collective and individual success. Mostly, we are training for the battle of the bulge. ProAction Athletics' program is composed of group drills inspired from a volleyball coaching background and personal training experience. The workouts are built by women for women. We do a variety of exercises daily. No two workouts are the same which keeps you interested and your body constantly evolving. The workouts consist of cardio, speed drills, flexibility, weight training, core work, plyometrics and overall body toning. We offer both morning and evening boot camps. All classes are one hour in duration unless otherwise specified. You are welcome to come to any class during the course of the 4-week camp at one flat rate! We encourage you to attend any of the class time we offer. This will cut out the excuses and make your workout planning mindless.
