I hired NoSpot to clean my place to prepare for Airbnb guests. They did a good job cleaning but left laundry wet in the washer even after instructed not to. However, they were on time and thorough. I will use them again.

We have over 3000 sf of concrete, brick and paver stones and the crew from Atlas Power Washing did a lovely job of cleaning them all! Am disappointed more stains from tree sap and debris would not come out, but we waited too long to get the power washers out here (18 mo - don't make the same mistake at your house!) Atlas employees were professional, courteous and good communicators. Thank you Juan and company!

They did a great job pressure washing my house and awning. They also cleaned did a great job cleaning out my gutters. The paint job on my patio fence was pretty good but there were quite a few drips of paint left on the patio that could've been cleaned up before they left but overall, they did a pretty good job.

These guys were fantastic! This was my first time hiring window washers. They were on time, great at communicating with me before the job and were all business. My windows look fabulous, including the skylight. I will definitely hire them again!

Outer Sunset Pressure Washer was exactly what my house needed! I recently purchased a two story duplex in the outer sunset, and the exterior was extremely dirty. Instead of spending a few thousand dollars for a new paint job, I hired Jordan from Outer Sunset Pressure Washer to power wash the exterior of my house, and my patio, and my house looks amazing! He was quick to respond, and quoted me a better price than anyone else. It's unique to find someone like Jordan that only specializes in exterior pressure washing. He is very professional and runs a great business for himself. Highly recommend for your house to look like new!

I had no pressure in my shower, and the handles were stripped. Jeremy left the shower clean, new handles, and new hose on shower. He found twisted washers and debris in shower head. He was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. My husband and I were thrilled with him!

Q & A

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

How much is commercial window cleaning?

The national average cost to clean windows is $120-$170. Typically, window washing for commercial spaces costs less per window than residential window washing, but has a higher overall price because the greater number of windows. Commercial window cleaning companies may charge a standard rate per window — for example, $3 to clean the exterior only, with a higher rate of $4 or $5 to also clean the interior. There may be an additional charge, such as an extra $1 per window, for scrubbing off water stains or deep-cleaning window tracks. Double-hung windows require more labor and will therefore cost more to clean. Companies may charge a flat rate, such as $8 per double-hung window or $9 per French door, to account for the added work. Building height will play a factor in window washing costs. Standard cleaning for one- and two-story buildings will typically stay within the same range, but cleaning high-rise windows may entail special safety permits and equipment, which would increase costs. Your location will also affect window washing costs. Smaller towns and areas with a lower cost to do business will have lower window cleaning rates than large cities.
