- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with new clients is to have a brief phone conversation where I can gather information about your pet's breed, age, medical history, behavior, special needs, habits etc. Then I do a brief initial (complimentary) meet and greet with you and your pet to see if we are a good fit. This is a great time for questions, concerns, or quirks that you want to communicate. From there we can discuss your specific needs. I really look forward to meeting you and your pet.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
A pet parent should feel free to ask ANY question of me in regards to their petpal. We love them like family and I'm here to answer any concerns you may have.
