Stephen helped me in identifying the correct techniques that will improve my health overall. Prior to hiring Stephen, I was doing on my own. But now, I learned how to do it "right" all the time. Stephen is really cool and great to work with. I am very impressed with his honesty, always arrives 5 mins earlier to the class. He trained me and my Wife with full focus and guidance. Stephen incorporated our needs, goals and home gym as part of his training. We both enjoyed working with Stephen. My wife and I are now full ready and motivated to continue on our own going forward. Baron is an exceptional personal trainer whose passion for health and fitness is inspiring. I've been training with him for the past 5 months and each session is so much more than just a killer workout. He challenges my mental limits by pushing me beyond the edge of my (perceived) physical limits. He thoughtfully fine tunes his extensive knowledge of fitness / body mechanics in order to meet specific individual needs. He is very patient with me - and if a new technique seems intimidating, he will take the time to explain and answer any of my questions. One of his many skills is knowing how to push without being "pushy" - to motivate without being demanding. And he always knows exactly what I need to hear to get me through the "I can't" moments. Baron is professional, engaging and genuinely cares about his clients' success. I highly recommend him.

I have had a wonderful experience training with Anthony at God's Gym! He tailors each work out to my abilities, challenges me to incrementally work harder to build strength, but does not push me beyond my abilities or risk injury. Work outs are challenging, get my heart pumping and leave me with the "good" muscle soreness for a few days. There is minimal downtime in the 30 minute sessions, thus there is no wasted time. This contrasts to my experience during training sessions at other gyms. I feel that these sessions are consistently higher yield compared to my other gym experiences. Anthony, himself, is awesome. He is kind, patient, has a great sense of humor. He is VERY encouraging. He provides nutritional guidance specific for your goals. My schedule can be quite variable, and he has consistently accommodated this so that I could make as many training sessions as possible. The entire team at God's gym is very welcoming and supportive. A great environment, and an amazing community that I am now happy to participate in! Also, I would recommend that those considering this gym should not be "turned off" by the name if they are not religious, people of faith, Christian, etc. This is a comfortable and welcoming place for ALL people to train. :)

I've been working with Evan and his team for quite some time now and would definitely recommend them to anyone. I've worked with several trainers in the past at other gyms or studios but have to say this has been the best experience. It's obvious all of the trainers here know fitness and teh facility is top notch. It's a very welcome and low key environment. I've seen several people in their 80s train here which has been great to see! It's never too crowded and only personal training. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing instruction on weight training or looking to get into shape.

I was looking for a trainer to work with me occasionally to create workouts I could do on my own at my gym. My goal was to do those workouts for 3-4 weeks and then circle back with the trainer to learn more exercises. And Aaron delivered! He listened to what I wanted, and during our first session, he took time to learn my workout habits and assess my fitness level. The workout he created was perfect for me. I'm so excited to continue working with him! (And his gym space is great!)

This is the perfect place to come to get fit. My usual MO is sign up for fitness classes or trainers, get pushed really hard and give up in a week or two. Youniquely has a different style from other trainers, bootcamps and fitness classes I have taken. The training is truly uniquely fitted to your needs and accelerated or decelerated based on how you are doing and whether you want to or not. This is the difference between buying a dress that is mass-produced vs getting a custom fitted gown!!

I first started my fitness journey after learning my body fat percentage had hit a personal high of 27%. It was then I decided to make health a priority in my life and start taking exercise and nutrition seriously. I signed up for Thumbtack and put out a request for a trainer near my home. John was one of the first to respond. We spoke on the phone about my goals and then scheduled a free consultation where we practiced a few basic movements and took my measurements. After our consultation, I committed to 20 personal training sessions. In each session, John tailors exercises with my goals in mind, and pushes me beyond what I think I'm capable of. He is always mixing up exercises to keep things interesting and my body guessing. John has me training with everything from kettle bells and cables, to rowing machines and TRX. In addition to the challenging workouts, John is consistent and reliable. He sends calendar invites for our scheduled training sessions and lets me know in advance if he needs to reschedule. It's now been nearly 18 months since we first started training. I've lost inches of body fat and gained confidence and energy. I look forward to our training sessions and even have my boyfriend hooked on couple workouts with John. :) I cannot recommend him enough for those ready to commit to a healthy lifestyle.

I had been looking for a personal trainer for months, and I'm very glad that I had the chance of working with David! He is so passionate, so professional and the most importantly very well-informed. Before I began attending Vince's martial arts classes I was extremely shy and ashamed to go in because I was so over-weight. I would walk by his class and watch him and his experienced students and I so badly wanted to be there too. I finally decided to go in one day, despite of my hesitation, and that was the best decision I ever made. Since day one Vince has been extremely welcoming and tremendously patient and helpful. This last year I finally decided to take private training sessions with Vince and they are worth every penny. He's helped increased my cardiovascular and muscle fitness. The side effect of which has been weight loss. When I first started training in martial arts with Vince I was a complete newbie. I had no prior experience. After 2.5 years of training and an increase in private sessions I finally competed in my first fight. He has helped me every step of they way and has supported my growth as a fighter. Today we continue to train and are looking forward to new opportunities to compete. If you are looking for a trainer, Coach Vince will definitely help you reach higher levels of performance, speed, and strength.

So far we have met 3 times. 2 on exercise training, 1 for a massage. And, he is right on cue! I pat myself on the back to have made the right choice (for my first time ever) to have a personal trainer. I won't add any photos (yet) but, in a couple of months, (I'm sure) I'll be able to share the "before" and "after"...photos.

I love my workouts with Cindy. She is keen with my abilities. I'm an advance exerciser, Cindy's workouts were intense and challenges me. I love the fact that Cindy incorporates kickboxing into my training. I felt every single muscle in my body. 2 days of strength training and 2 days of kickboxing. I look forward to my sessions every day. I'm starting to feel a difference in my body.

Martin is a GREAT instructor, he works with you to make sure you understand the workout and makes sure you are doing the exercise properly. I had Sanchez as a trainer for about two years before I moved out of town. I still make sure to see him when I travel back to town. Dude knows his stuff, is light-hearted but unrelenting, and actually gets results. Recommended for those focusing on strength training, though he might Zumba like a motherfucker; I don't know.
