As the owner and principal at CrossFit V16 and previously the most popular trainer at CrossFit East Bay, I have accrued thousands of hours in teaching all things CrossFit (kettlebells, sandbags, barbell movements, medicine balls, and basic gymnastics) as well as countless moments where I've motivated clients to perform at levels they thought were beyond them.
I create workouts specifically with my clients in mind. I won't throw things at you that you can't do. Instead, I will start you at an achievable level and continue to push you from week to week, so that you can experience noticeable growth. ("I couldn't do that last week!") You will be challenged but not overwhelmed.
