- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes I do have a standard pricing system. Most of my pricing is based upon the average middle class budget of $20,000 for their weddings. I try to make every dollar stretch as far as possible and still give the majority of services. Like the bakery, florist, venue, reception, catering, music, favors, party rentals services to transportation. However, my pricing lies midway to other wedding planning companies locally. Wedding ceremony packages start about $10,000 to $ 16,000. Elopement Services, $1365 to $1800 and Vow Renewal Services, $925 to $1800. House Blessing Services, $400.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We like to meet with you in person and discuss what you are looking for in a wedding planning services ? We want to get an idea what your overall theme might be? What type of timeline you are looking at ? Type of venues and guest ratio maybe? What is your budget?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an AA, B.S. from San Francisco State in International Relations & Asian American Studies. 30 years of customer services,15 years of operational management, 13 years of office facilities services, field trainer of the Links static operational systems for Xerox, new hire trainer for Bed, Bath & Beyond, wedding ministry training from The Universal Life Church Ministries and a signing notary agent.
