Robert is a dedicated and skilled teacher, and a pleasure to work with. After trying out a few different instructors in the Bay Area and not being satisfied, I feel really fortunate to have found him.Mar 17, 2016Verified
Robert is an excellent teacher. He has a way of breaking everything down into the smallest building blocks until you've develop an intuition you never had. And suddenly you've gone from illiterate on the guitar to seeing your way forward. I would highly recommend taking lessons with Robert, you cant regret it and it's lightyears better than trying to self-teach.Mar 13, 2016Verified
Robert is an excellent and fun teacher. He teaches seriously and the lessons are also a pleasure. As a student, I feel challenged and supported as I progress. He's keenly attentive and responds thoughtfully and knowledgeably to technical and musical questions that come up. Furthermore, his incredible skill and knowledge as a musician bring a depth and range to the lessons. I've progressed extremely quickly and feel Robert's teaching methodology and personal approach are the reason for this. I recommend Robert to anyone who wants to play guitar well and feel confident as a musician. Feel free to contact me if you have questions. email@example.comMar 12, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?First lesson is on me! No guitar yet? No problem! Borrow one of mine! I offer discounts to families with multiple students and discount rates for semesters!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Stop on by my studio for a free lesson and meet and greet! We get a chance to get to know one another while I tell you about my teaching methods and you get to tell me all about your hopes and dreams with playing the guitar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?In middle school and high school I definitely was a student in the guitar "school of hard knocks" figuring things out on my own. I did my Undergraduate Degree at New York University then progressed to the San Francisco Conservatory of Music for a Master's in Classical Guitar performance.
