- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is $0.10-$0.05 per square foot for initial cleanings. Reassuring cleaning receive a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with the client over the phone first to decide if the job requires an estimate or evaluation or other special concerns. Following that, I would schedule the appointment . One day preceding the appointment I would call or text to verify the timing is still suitable for the client, and again an hour before the cleaning to inform the client of my arrival time. Once at the residence, I would inquire about any additional information regarding the cleaning or special areas of interest the client might have. Upon completion of the service if the client is home I would offer a walk through, pointing out details of the cleaning and insuring their happiness with the job. If the client is not home I would then call or text to finalize the steps of completion for the service unless previously stated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years experience in customer service and cleaning. I have been professionally trained to clean homes, and I am constantly keeping myself up to date with the newest information in regards to housekeeping.
