Shannon altered her approach to my massage a couple of time during my 90 minute session to accommodate the problems I'm having with my legs. She maintained a high quality massage even while making the alterations I needed.Oct 27, 2020Verified

My wife and I each had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Shannon and we both thought that it was excellent. She is clearly very experienced, addressed pain points on both me and my wife, and left us feeling great. We'll definitely be engaging with her again.Oct 15, 2020VerifiedShannon Kenoyer, CMT's reply

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will have a brief phone chat with a client prior to setting an appointment. I generally try to arrive at the client's residence 10-15 minutes prior to the start of the appointment in order to have time to set up and discuss the needs of the client. That way we both stay on schedule. Once I have set up and chatted with the client pre-session, I will excuse myself to the rest room to wash my hands and allow the client privacy to get onto the table. When the client is ready, I will enter and begin the session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a graduate of the National Holistic Institute, (NHI) northern California's top school of massage therapy.
