We were immensely impressed with the work Chet and his staff performed for us on my husband's 50th b-day celebration. From minute one, Chet helped us create the entire event. From the menu selection, to help with rentals, to complete staffing, to design advice, we were completely taken care of. The food was TO DIE FOR and its presentation was gorgeous. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I tailor all of my menus/parties to suit the budget of my clients. I do not have preset menus and prices for that very reason.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We discuss their event by email or telephone, their preferred tastes and foods, the budget, review the venue (location), and I develop a menu tailored to the client. Once we establish that we are on the same page I sometimes like to meet with my client and take a look at the location so that I am best prepared to service the event, but it isn't always necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu. Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management from Le Cordon Bleu. Certified Culinarian by the American Culinary Federation. Certifications from the National Restaurant Association. Experience in Milan, Italy; Savannah, GA, New York City; Miami, FL; and the San Francisco Bay Area.
