I scheduled a cleaning appointment with Swift & Tidy cleaners, they charged my card but the cleaner never showed up. They agreed to refund me the next day, but never did. Despite mentioning especially to clean the floor, it wasn't cleaned all the way, some parts were quite dirty. Bathroom had quite a bit of dirt after cleaning. The experience was good but it definitely wasn't their top priority to clean well. On top of that, the company initially charged different higher amount than agreed upon. Warning: The company also became unresponsive after I sent them photos of their cleaning and asked about their "comp team" even when in their review response they claim to provide a service guarantee.Sep 10, 2018Verified

Bir, Your contract and your questionnaire email outline in detail your cleaning inclusions, the supplies, equipment and man hours provided. You sign off and approve your hourly overtime rate and receive your appointment window.
