Ian Mullen Private Chef Services

We hired Ian for two consecutive weekends with different groups. Great initial consultation where he threw out lots of unique ideas based on our preferences. We wanted lots of canapes and hors d'oeuvres, and Ian was off-the-charts creative. Iterated though menu and settled on our selections. Excellent communication throughout. After the first weekend, we decided to make a few changes for weekend #2. Ian accommodated every request, kept the appointment (this is the middle of covid AND wildfires), and blew everyone away with his second weekend creations. Can't underscore how talented Ian is and how easy he is to work with. We're converts.

Where do I begin! Chef Ian created one of the most memorable culinary experiences I have ever savored. He prepared a multi course dinner for us while traveling to the Napa area. All of our guests have been to some of the worlds best restaurants, and our meal was for certain right up there with one of the best. He is extremely talented and humble.

Chef Mullen always delivers a professionally prepared product focused on the right combination of flavors and fresh ingredients. If you want to make a style, cuisine, or seasoning changes, he is incredibly open to accommodating client suggestions. In addition to being a great chef he is extremely customer driven, and he offers an excellent value proposition.
