Xavier is an amazing personal trainer and massage therapist. I have been working out with him 3 times a week for several months and he has helped me transform my body. I'm much more fit with greater strength, vastly improved flexibility and improved posture. Xavier has a deep understanding of anatomy and biomechanics, so he can identify specific weaknesses and imbalances in your body and structure a training program to fix them. He is a stickler for form and will make sure you are performing exercises properly. This is critical for proper results and also very important to avoid injuries. The best part about Xavier is his infectiously positive attitude and flexible approach. He is always positive and upbeat and knows how to modify workouts if you are having an off day. And he can work with all ages. He trained my parents (72 and 74) when they were in town and created an age appropriate workout for them. And they loved it! I recommend Xavier for anyone looking for a personal trainer or massage therapist!

Dima is the best personal trainer I've ever had! He created a personalized fitness plan specific to my goals and my schedule. My focus was around strength training. The best part was that he also taught me basic information that I needed to know in order to modify my fitness plan over time in order to make it more challenging or in order to fit my changing daily/weekly schedule. Not all trainers are willing to share their secrets, but I definitely felt like Dima really cared that I reached my goals and that he was willing to share whatever knowledge necessary in order for me to do so! He was always approachable, understanding, patient, and easy to work with, but was also tough, constantly pushing me to exceed my own expectations. I'm one of those people who can get pretty lazy, but Dima was always encouraging and kept a positive attitude! Positivity is key! He knows what he is doing. He has knowledge from formal training/education, but more importantly, he has personal experience as a health and fitness fanatic who is constantly striving to improve himself. I highly recommend Natalie Nuno with Zion Health as your personal trainer. I have used her since July 2017 for twice a week of personal training sessions. By December 2017I had lost 30 lbs from 165 down to 135 from working out with her twice a week and on a strict diet. My clothing size changed from a very tight size 14 down to a size 8. My A1C also dropped from 6.4 and being on diabetes medication (6.5 if full blown diabetes) down to 5.5 and my doctor taking me off the diabetes medications. My activity level increased from walking a quarter of a mile and being out of breath to now being able to jog and walk every other minute for a full mile. Natalie keeps changing up the training sessions so they are never boring. She is very adaptable in using the equipment available in my apt gym or the outside environment. I have had personal trainers before but only at a gym. When i trained with Armando Ramirez it was in the comfort of his home. He trained me in his garage and it was for a month. I told him I wanted a work out plan that would target a total body work out crunched into an hour. He first weighed me and tuck measurements. So I can see my progress. That was very helpful and I like that I felt comfortable with him. I liked how it was one on one without the crowded gym environment. Armando showed me how to enjoy working out instead of counting down the minutes. I liked how it was quick and do able on a weekly basis. He always made sure my form was correct. In the past other trainers didn't give me as much attention due to other clients in the gym. Armando also pushed me when he seen I wanted to give up. But it was not aggressive it was very motivational. He showed me that I was capable of exceeding in my work outs. One thing, Armando did not have to many work out machines but his work out consisted more of stability and balance. I liked that better because I can do those work outs anywhere. No GYM needed. I really recommend training with Armando!!

Jenna is an excellent personal trainer and health coach. She really takes time to get to know you and plan a program around your abilities and goals. I really wanted to get a hard core program and sweat my butt off. That's what I got and I have never been so sore the day after. I started working with Colette in December of 2015 with the intent to enter a bikini competition. I needed help sculpting my body and losing that last bit of extra fat. She gave me a tailored meal plan based on the nutrition I needed and took into account the foods I did and didn't like. Its easy and clear to follow and my cravings are diminished.
