Although I've only had one session with Parand, thus far, she assessed my level of fitness quickly and adjusted accordingly. In my case, she was very patient and didn't make me feel remotely self conscience of my current lack of fitness spryness. I've been working with Parand for only a short time and the results are surprisingly gratifying! For the first time in years I am doing things with renewed ease and comfort, including long walks and climbing stairs. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I attend exercise classes myself at least 3 times a week and learn new skills. Kickboxing was my last adventure. I constantly watching you tube videos to learn new techniques and moves to keep each class varied and interesting,
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I had too much energy and needed to expend it.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Try one session before you buy a package.
