Brian was extremely helpful when I contacted him because I had two situations that I could not resolve on my own: the first was an issue with the IRS regarding delinquent taxes. The other concerned my own business, where I was not processing the paperwork properly, with the result I was losing money. Brian promptly took hold of both situations, much to my relief, and since then Brian has helped me keep on track, with the result that I have more cash flow. I plan to continue using Brian's services. He is efficient and prompt, and his work on my behalf got me out of both of my jams. As to what the service might do in the future, I see Brian working with more and more clients, and I endorse him in that.

Wendy Vincent helped me setup QuickBooks for Windshield Chip Repair Business, and she continues to maintain my Books in QuickBooks. I was very pleased that I was able to find someone to do this task for me, because accounting is not my strong suite. Wendy went above and beyond by also doing my tax returns annually, showing me how to improve my credit score. Wendy also assisted me with setting up a computerized version of my invoices that can be done in the field, using a cell phone app, so my invoices to customers are clean and neat which reduces errors. Wendy advised me to switch banks, for security reasons for my business account. The new bank was harder for me to use on the go, so I switched my bank back, and Wendy is working with my current bank that is easier for me to use. I really appreciate her looking out for the security of my business. She is very understanding of my needs, as well as my business needs, when it came to my bank, Wendy used the bank that I prefer and we both win. She also gave me a credit on my account for the cost I incurred to get new security checks.

Allen and his team were very responsive and professional. Before year end, I needed help with Quickbooks clean-up and tax planning. Through his advice, I not only found ways to substantially lower what I would have owed for the year, I now no longer have to worry about how things will turn out in April because he already let me know what my return will be. Sherazade was amazing to work with! Her rates are very reasonable and she is extremely knowledgeable about bookkeeping and quickbooks. I needed someone to help me clean up the past year of my books and to teach me how to do it myself going forward. We accomplished both tasks in the course of 6.5 hours (while someone else quoted me around 48+ hours of work at a much higher rate!) I am so thankful that I found Scherazade!
