Amber has been phenomenal. We have a large vacation rental property and have worked with several cleaners over the years, ranging from individuals to larger firms specializing in rentals. Out of all of these Amber is the best. She communicates effectively, using phone, e-mail, texts and pictures when she has questions. She does not hesitate to offer up her own ideas about things that need to get done, and she takes the initiative to make improvements. She has accommodated difficult schedule changes from us, and has kept us informed and in the loop when she has needed to make changes.

The ENTIRE ZENPLACE TEAM has been knowledgable, helpful, and always proactive - and flexible per our NEEDS !!! Here is what happened: I hired Zenplace to rent out my property. After 3 days, I got 5 rental applications on the property, fast speed and in what is usually considered a slower market time The person assisting me was very responsive and offered many suggestions as to how to get my property rental quickly and how to attract great tenants Then we approved an application , and the experience was so good I looked forward to what happens next Upon the tenant moving in, the Tenant called me and said that ZENPLACE WAS THE BEST RENTAL EXPERIENCE and it because of how easy and good the process was, the tenant decided to choose my property. I had to call my Brother who also knows rental properties who told me that it really hard to find a good property management company and I had lucked out with ZENPLACE. I was so pleased with the experience. Upon then getting Zenplace to manage another one of my rental properties in February, I got 6 great applications in 1 week. One family had been trying to look at other properties for days but had not gotten a response from the other leasing agent . I was managing my rental property myself until the issues just became too difficult to deal with myself. I heard of Ziprent through a friend and contacted them. They quickly communicated with my tenant and took over the management of the property. Within a few days, they had all issues resolved and had a lease renewal signed. They pick up the phone everytime I try calling so I know my tenant won't be frustrated with communication if they need assistance. On top of the hands on stuff, through the portal, I can see what's going on with my property at all times. From repairs and invoices to rent collection. I couldn't have asked for a better company to deal with.

Mike and the WHPM team help me get the most from my rental property! Not only have they find great tenants, but with their user-friendly software, I can keep track of my expenses and income, and everything I need for tax filing. In addition, I get a head's up on maintenance issues when they arise, and they make sure their stable of professional service providers tackle these things promptly and at reasonable costs. I'm aware Mike and the team manage numerous multi-unit properties in San Francisco, but thanks to them, the investment I made in my modest rental home has been paying dividends for several years. To whom it may concern: We are very pleased with Doji and his team at Real Property Management. They have managed our rental property since 2009. They are great communicators, and easy to work with. We were very impressed with how fast they locate well qualified tenants. They do extensive background checks and numerous interviews with previous landlords. They are also well versed in rental comps for the area and will get you top dollar in monthly rent. If something needs to be repaired, we are notified immediately and Doji’s team coordinates everything, with licensed and insured contractors. Their bids are more reasonable than what we are accustom to paying and the workmanship is excellent. In regards to the monthly reporting and collecting the rent, we are pleased with how fast the rent is deposited into the checking account. Their fees are reasonable and competitive, with no hidden surprises like some Property Management Companies. In summary we truly recommend Property Management Mid Peninsula.
