Latest Review: Xavier is an amazing trainer. He has incredible knowledge of the body and how to make it strong. I've been training with him for 6 months and all my friends get to hear about how great he is on my training days. Even more important than being a great physical trainer is his attitude. Xavier gives amazing pep talks, is incredibly positive and really retrains your mind to be patient and not get discouraged along the fitness journey, something I've always struggled with. He has so many positive slogans that now live in my head: "no quit, miss ann", "be like an oak tree", "you got this", "you are strong", "trust in the process", etc. He pushes me and encourages me every Tuesday and Thursday morning and I really look forward to our sessions. I went to Xavier feeling that despite all my efforts I never could gain any muscle. But thanks to him I've gotten so much stronger and I now have the "Tina Turner" arms he promised me in the beginning! I've also cut 2 minutes off my 1 mile time. It's the first time in my life I've made such steady progress. I think it comes down to two things: 1) he knows his stuff, and 2) I look forward to our workouts and so I've been super consistent. If he has an opening, you should definitely get on the schedule! Thanks for everything Xavier!
