As our day-of coordinator, we were very happy with our experience working with Tiffany. We met several months before the event date and had regular check-ins to make sure everything was tracking well. She was very responsive and accessible from a communications perspective. She's very organized, friendly, and asked great questions bringing attention to areas where we neglected or hadn't thought about. Tiffany did an amazing job when we finally had our big day. We planned an outdoor ceremony, a cocktail hour with mini-games while we took family photos, and the reception inside. We later learned that there was a miscommunication between our caterer and the rental company resulting in the rentals arriving 90 mins later than schedule. Despite the late start, she made sure all our key milestones happened on time and everything ran smooth. Even our friends that helped with setup (and throughout the event) noticed and were impressed saying "She was great to work with in the short interactions I had with her. A very hard worker and I never saw her taking a break. I saw her working whenever I stepped outside for fresh air or was walking around the venue. Very polite and friendly and she made sure to follow your instructions as much as possible." We definitely recommend Tiffany to anyone looking for an attentive, professional, and cheerful wedding coordinator.
Five stars hardly suffice in rating the work of Rebecca and Anna Marie. My party was all that I had hoped for and more! During the pre-party planning they were attentive and sensitive to our vision for the day. In preparing for the party, their excellent attention to detail, ability to handle each nuance, and creativity in putting all the pieces together was exemplary. During the party they translated our vision by orchestrating each detail and transition flawlessly. All this was done with hardly anyone realizing that they were there. We explored several venues like restaurants and banquet halls before deciding to hold the party in my home. Getting ready involved moving furniture and transforming a house into a party place. We are so pleased for having made that decision because we were able to celebrate in an environment that represents us and that we know best. If I were to pick the qualities that best describe Rebecca and Anna Marie these would be professionalism, sensitivity, creativity and love for their work. Their positiveness and enthusiasm carried the day. Rebecca and Anna Marie know how to take an idea and from that create a celebration. I have known Danny for more than 10 years and have attended many events hosted by him such as birthdays, housewarming and weddings. He has been a very outstanding host at these parties and is well liked by the children . He organised games and keeps them entertained the whole time.

My event was not your traditional party, and for a very niche gaming crowd. They pulled it off with flying colors, and were a true joy and pleasure to work with. My daughter was the lucky recipient of a baby shower designed and delivered by this amazing group! A Beatrix Potter theme was chosen and all the guests were blown away by all the clever and thoughtful touches. Beautiful flower arrangements, wheelbarrow with garden vegetables, little watering cans filled with flowers, clever games and activities were organized. Linen and Lilac went WAY beyond any party planners I have ever seen. The food at the buffet was delicious and the desserts even went with the theme! All guests were given lovely thank you gifts...custom cookies of Peter Rabbit himself with a carrot. No detail was missed. All of the guests...especially my daughter, felt incredibly special. From the specially designed invitation to the last bite of carrot cake, it was a baby shower for the books! I highly recommend Linen & Lilac...so professional and SO creative!
I hired Kaella for my daughters 5 th birthday mermaid party. She came dressed as a beautiful blue mermaid and was so sweet and professional with everyone she encountered. I really appreciated that she utilized her time well and even blew bubbles and played games when there was time between face painting and balloon making. (Which are the only two things I was expecting/paying for) also she was VERY patient with the kids. There were several special needs children that needed extra attention and then of course the dozens of popped balloons by all the children, and still Kaella was sweet and accommodating. Even teaching the kids how to not pop the balloons by making up silly stories about cloud Ballon puppies. All the kids were happy and entertained. And for me I felt a lot of party entertainment needed relief. I was actually able to sit back and have some pizza and enjoy watching the happiness on my daughters face. Good job kaella. I would recommend for any kids party.
Events By Courtney Ann assisted me in the planning, coordinating and hosting of my Company Picnic and ensuring that the event went smoothly. Her advice and ideas resulted in the nicest picnic outing I could have imagined (not to mention relieving me of the stress associated with putting on a great event for my employers). We had a great turnout, with more than 65 people in attendance. She coordinated with the caterers, organized picnic games and party events and personalized the picnic area with banners, balloons, flowers and more. There were several organized games and races planned and Courtney facilitated in gathering large crowds for the games and making sure everyone had fun. Her timeline for the picnic was perfect. Christian, simply put, it the most professional and talented chef youre going to meet! I am the owner of JK FoodCrush (www.jkfoodcrush) , a SF based dinner Pop Up business. My partner and chef resigned less than 24 hours prior to our dinner event where I sold over 50 tickets. After talking to several advisors, thumbtack.com was recommended to me as an option. I signed in and made my selections and criteria. Within 1 hour, I received an email from Christian. I explained my dire situation - that I needed a chef, staff, food, prep etc. in less than 24 hours for 7pm Sat. Keep in mind Christian and I first talked around 10am. The big looming question was is this possible? Can we do this? After several discussions, Christian said yes, it was possible but wed have to change the menu in order to procure the food; we would have to secure staff and other details. Christian and I were in constant communication throughout the day into late evening and into the following day. For my part, I emailed every single customer to notify the change in chef and menu we only had 6 cancellations and those were filled by last minute buyers as I kept the ticketing open for the entire event. Aminah was ready to go from day one, which was about 6 months before our wedding. Polite, courteous, responsive, self-initiating, direct, honest, crafty, intuitive, efficient, the list of attributes this lady possess could go on. She was hired to be my day-of coordinator but ended up doing so much more even weeks leading up to the event. She took over our communications with our caterers, our photographers, the venue, you name it, she did it for us. Even before that, we would video chat on google hangouts as many times as I wanted to go over pretty much anything I was worried about, which she handled gracefully. I am scatter brained, and she did a great job keeping me organized during our email exchanges. She went through an extensive rundown of how the evening could be scheduled down to 15 minute intervals, since I wanted about a bazillion things to happen during the reception. More than a year after the wedding, these things still stand out for me: Our candy bar display. Days before the wedding, we planned which candy would go in which jars, but Aminah and her team set up the table so beautifully and discreetly during the reception. They set up all the table decorations and centerpieces with little direction from us. They put an "emergency" bag on our sweetheart table hidden with our decorations, which included floss, a pen, mints, a bleach pen, so awesome! They also put little kits in the bathroom for our guests: band aids, tampons, hair spray. Aminah was good at scheduling our time while still including a secret surprise song I sang for my husband. During the wedding, as soon as I asked her for something, it was handled. "Can you get my mom over here?" Boom, mom is right next to me. "Can you grab my bridesmaid to help me in the bathroom?" Boom, Maggie is already there opening the door. The best part, we had catered boba tea for our wedding, and thought we'd return the supplies sometimes over the next week. Aminah instead drove the stuff we borrowed back to the shop the night of the wedding, and then immediately came back and gave us our boba deposit. My goal for myself at our wedding was to feel like I was a guest. No thinking, just flowing. We had complete faith in Aminah to run this party and it was INCREDIBLE, we were in no way disappointed. Hiring Aminah to be the day-of coordinator for our wedding was probably the BEST decision my husband and I made! If I were to ever have a huge event again, I wouldn't hesitate to recruit her services... I have recommended Aminah to everyone I know that's gotten engaged, and continue to recommend her. She is the BEST!
Thank you for making our first annual Tacky Ugly Christmas Sweater party a success. After meeting with you to discuss what we had in mind as our theme, you were able to transform our home from Ho Hum to Ho, Ho, Ho! The classy tacky Christmas decorations that I envisioned were better and funnier than I expected. As our guests entered our home in their ugly Christmas sweaters there were shrieks of laughter, a good indication that a fun party was well on its way. Not only the decorations, but organizing the food, beverage and all the other necessities for a party were handled seamlessly. She allowed us to be a guest at our own party. MC Media did a great job from communicating prior to the party leading up to set up and break down. She played a variety of kids pop music that everyone enjoyed. My daugher enjoyed the games such as trivia, freeze dance and musical chairs. Thanks Minda and crew....
Awesome service! Jerrilyn provided outstanding services for my baby shower. I let her know what theme I had in mind and she ran with it. The day of my shower, Jerrilyn arrived early and set up everything... balloon decors were simple but really brightened up the venue. The table cloth was colorful and setup was beautiful. Beyond what I expected!! She also made sure that everything was in place, food, dessert, cakes, gifts etc. and that the party went smoothly. She even helped the dj facilitate games, etc. She was very down to earth but showed extreme professionalism. You can tell that she loved her job and made sure that everything went well. She did a wonderful job and I would definitely recommend her services to all my friends/family and acquaintenances

My Fiance and I hired Sepideh as our full wedding coordinator/planner. I think this was the best decision we made to have her as part of our big day! Having never planned a wedding before I had no idea about the first thing I needed to do and I was stressed out. After meeting Sepideh and looking at her wedding pictures/video I was confident that I can trust her with planning everything for my wedding day (she planned all her wedding by herself and it was flawless). She is easy to contact and very quick with responses. Whenever I was stressed out about anything, I just called her right away and she took care of it. Also, she pays a lot of attention to details and she tries really hard to make sure all the requests are being addressed. She helped me with basically everything such as picking a venue, photographer/ videographer, decoration of the venue, picking a makeup artist, wedding band, even planning the bacheloret party! I couldn't have asked for a better planner, and I am so grateful that we picked Sepideh to help us throughout our wedding planning. If you need a coordinator, I highly recommend Sepideh because, not only she does an amazing job, but she does it with a warm heart.
We hired Kasia for our Baby Shower and the work she did was nothing short of first class. Kasia organized all the food, decorations, give aways, games and worked with us every step of the way to make sure the event was just how we wanted and also properly fit into our budget. She kept us on top of everything that needed to be done. The day of the event Kasia was there 3 hours early coordinating the set up, food, games and everything that needed to be done no task was too small or too big for her. The personal touch she added, well I don't even have the words to say what she meant to us. All of our friends were just so impressed with her, she received quite the round of applause when I was able to thank her. I used Kool Kidz for my 1 yr old Minnie Mouse Party, they were able to accommodate my last minute request. They were absolutely fantastic, they got here exactly on tome and ready! They ring the doorbell and my 1 yr old girl was so excited to see Minnie, they played games and other activities and took pictures with the family and cake! Minnie took a picture with us in the photo booth before she left. Moments that we will have forever. I highly recommend Cool Kidz and Tiffany for your event! Once again Thank You!
I asked Megan to plan my baby shower for me and it couldn't have gone any better! I told her a little about my friends (a bit on the wild side) and that I wanted something that worked for guys and gals. She prepared the perfect party complete with crowd pleasing games (tricycle races!), decorations, great food and creative drinks (Guinness floats!). She even coordinated a photo book to be made with guest's photos to commemorate the day, which I now look at with my son. I'll definitely be looking to her to plan my next shindig!! The Party Animals arrived on time, set up & started painting faces right away. The kids loved their face paints & some of the adults did too. Once everyone had their face painted it got crazy & there wasn't much time left for any games, so the Party Animals graciously helped pick up garbage from the back yard and around the house. It was a great help and a wonderful experience. I'm a happy mom who actually got to enjoy the party instead of entertain everyone. Thanks, guys!
