Introduction: My own healing journey has led me on a path of service within the healing arts. I was introduced to yoga over 15 years ago as a way of healing the chronic pain in my body. Through years of exploration and attunement inwards, I uncovered the deep connection between my physical pain and emotional experiences. Throughout my journey, I have refined my teaching style and offering into a practice that brings awareness to the many subtle layers of the body, where curiosity and space to explore are encouraged and longer held poses are introduced to promote self healing and understanding within. I enjoy weaving a balance of strength and surrender, truly leading a dance between yin and yang energies. My training includes a strong focus on alignment and breath, prioritizing safety within a practice. I am currently working towards my Master’s in Chinese Medicine, a program that is further inspiring my teaching style and enhancing my knowledge of the wisdom carried within the body.
