With this, I enjoy taking any traditional dish that we all love and making it healthy & allergen free while also still delicious! I specialize in actually farm-to-table & organic meals. Meaning majority of my ingredients come from small farms within 20 minutes of me that are farmers that I know & have made a personal connection with. I often incorporate wild foraged ingredients or ingredients grown in my garden. What we eat determines our thoughts & mental health (microbiome-brain connection is fascinating!), physical feeling, endurance, health, plus the warmth and strength of our soul.
