- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work using an hourly rate. We find that flat rate services encourage a job to be done as quickly as possible and that's not always in the customer's best interest. We still work at as fast a pace as possible but we won't sacrifice quality in order to be the lowest price around. Our customers enjoy our level of service and guarantee of a job done right. Some of our monthly service plans include a lower hourly rate. We offer military/veteran discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get an idea of what you need with a quick phone call. We can discuss your needs and any preliminary details we may need to know. We'll give you an idea of the cost we estimate for the service and can schedule an appointment from there.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a wide variety of businesses and home users. We have experience with pretty much anything IT related and are always expanding our abilities through learning.
