Introduction: == I am located in San Diego, CA so if you are not nearby, our lessons will have to be online/virtual == I will get you results within your FREE 30 minute trial lesson. I tailor my lessons around the interests of my students, and will help you create concrete goals to work towards. I’ve been playing the guitar for a few years now. I was completely self taught by online programs and videos. I love playing, and I felt like I was doing ok, but there are certain techniques and things, that you can’t learn through tutorials and Youtube videos. I have been wanting to get back into guitar lessons, but at a young age, I had a bad teacher that ruined that experience/desire to want to play. I was hesitant to get back into lessons, but decided to take a chance after speaking with Jeff. Let me tell you. If your a beginner, or someone who has played for a while like me, Jeff is the way to go to elevate your skills. I can feel myself getting better after every lesson with him. He is incredibly patient, knowledgeable and overall just a good guy. Within my first lesson, he was able to structure his teaching, to fit my skill level, and to challenge me, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I have had a few lessons with Jeff, and I always look forward to the next one. If you’re looking for a Guitar teacher for yourself, your friend, your child or anyone, I highly recommend reaching out to Jeff. I had a long layoff from playing guitar, Jeff has me up and running again and enjoying my time playing more than ever. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide my new students with a free 30 minute lesson/consultation. In that time I can gather what your goals and current skill level are. In that first lesson we will make some guaranteed progress. If you feel like I am the right teacher for you, then we can set up a consistent weekly schedule.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have played guitar since I was 11 years old, and I remember how much of a positive impact my guitar teacher had on me. Not just on my playing, but also how I approach anything challenging in my life. I've learned a lot since then, and I truly enjoy passing it on to the next generation of players. Between teaching and live performance, I couldn't imagine doing anything else.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with students from the ages of 6 to 60, and everything in between. All skill levels and styles are welcome too! I get just as much of a thrill from teaching beginner guitar as advanced guitar.
