- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
24 Hour turnaround. 10 cents a line for digital recordings uploaded to our TASP website. 12 cents a line for toll free phone dictation. This pricing pertains to ongoing regular business. Templates to be provided by clients. A line is defined as 65 spaces on the keyboard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the job is awarded we create an account for you on our website for you to upload your dictation and to receive your transcription back. If you will be using a phone we provide you with a toll free number and userid. We request that any templates,letterheads,schedules or referring physician and hospital rosters be uploaded to us.
