Chef Tim was absolutely amazing. He catered the menu to what I wanted, was flexible, personable, professional, and most of all, every one of his dishes far exceeded expectations. Where do I start? The Chef Tim experience was flawless from the initial contact and ended when we finished our delicious dessert. Tim is a professional in every way. Chef Tim was simply lovely! His food was absolutely delicious. His comfort in a strange (and small) kitchen was top notch. His communication in preparation was punctual and upbeat. His "stove-side manor" was superb and as he chatted and filled the house with delightful food smells. The guests were beyond impressed! Cannot speak highly enough of our experience with him. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and recommend that you do as well.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are all entirely custom, so they can easily be tailored to fit most any budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to get to know my client and find out what it is they're looking for and what kind of budget they have to work with. I then create customized menus to fit their needs and make alterations as needed. Once the menu and services are agreed upon, I send the customer a catering contract and charge a deposit if applicable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to the 15+ years I spent in restaurants and catering companies, I was trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Pittsburgh, where I graduated with Honors in 2006. I have also furthered my education at the Culinary Institute of America with auxiliary baking and pastry courses.
