- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?All sessions are 60 minutes. There are options 1x, 2x, and 3x a week. 1x a week: $50 2x a week : $100 3x a week: $125 Additional fees will be discussed at time of consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I start out by talking about their personal history with fitness, find out their goals, and then start off with a simple core workout to establish the foundation for the following workouts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated from National Personal Training Institute with my certificate in Advanced Personal Training. I’m also certified by NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine) in Corrective and Performance exercise, as well as Fitness Nutrition.
