Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with several personal trainers and Markshane is the best I have found. The routines are tailored for my body and fitness level and each routine is different. The custom routines, keep you motivated and are targeted for your specific body needs. Markshane is tough, but professional and personable. He takes a special interest in your fitness goals. The recommendation is really in the results and I have seen the results. After just a few weeks, I have lost weight and can see my body becoming fit and tone all over. I am now performing workouts that I did not know I was capable of doing and gaining strength as I watch the positive changes in my body. Shape Up Studio comes highly recommended by me.

Hands down Jobi Morrison is the BEST personal trainer! I have been training with Jobi for 5 years. I'm the strongest I have ever been! My workouts are never boring. Eric Cruz has been my personal trainer for over two years at Dynamic Fitness High Performance Kinesiology (DF-HPK). Eric listened to my goals and we set about meeting and exceeding them. Besides being overweight and having poor eating habits, I had ongoing low energy and back pain. My exercise routine at home was not getting the results I desired anymore. Eric was able to assist me in motivating myself to be a better person. I have lost over 40 pounds and now eat healthy foods that keep me full. Eric helped me in strength, balance, posture, and in achieving a lower BMI. What is impressive is that Eric is always on time and keeps the training interesting yet challenging. Mark is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced personal trainer. He customized his approach depending on the goals that I wanted to achieve, and he always introduced new types of training so that I kept improving. Mark is punctual and ready to go no matter the time of day. Starting my days with his workouts gave me energy and significantly increased my overall well-being. I’m happy that I invested in my health and trusted Mark through this process. I would rate the quality of my training with Mark above that of Equinox or four other professional personal trainers that I worked with.
To be honest I don't quite know where to begin. There are not enough adjectives to describe how amazing Lauren Allen is. I was first introduced to Lauren through a coworker who was sharing her experience and I just had to find out for myself. I have had personal trainers in the past however I never felt comfortable enough in my journey or happy enough with my progress to continue. When I first met with Lauren I let her know this and she assured me that she would do everything she could to make me feel comfortable and to this day she has only exceeded my expectations. My initial goal when meeting with Lauren was to get in shape for my wedding by working out and eating clean. Little did I know in a matter of 4 short weeks Lauren would make me fall in love with working out and find a new appreciation for my body through the changes I have already seen. She's also taught me how to eat in a way that is real, it does not feel like I am restricted like all other diets, I am eating real food and remaining cautious of portions and moderation. Lauren has made my journey one that I will never forget and I know I will continue far past just getting fit for my wedding. Thank you Lauren for giving me my life back. I have always struggled with accepting myself and the way I look but when we work together and train you make me feel as though I am capable of anything and that all my goals are within my reach. Tom was my Personal Trainer at 24-Hour Fitness between July 2011 and May 2012. He helped me get into shape for my wedding (October 2011) and helped me to maintain my weight afterward. Overall, I had about 40 sessions with him--one of the best investments that I’ve made in a long time. Tom is very patient, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. He is passionate about fitness—he practices what he preaches and stays in great shape. He introduced me to new ways of working out and worked hard to make each session challenging and different for me—no two sessions were alike! Whenever I asked him tough questions about fitness, muscles, and nutrition; he was able to break it down for me so I could understand. He knows his stuff! Tom was my sixth personal trainer over the past several years and he has become my favorite. I highly recommend Tom as a personal trainer if you’re looking to improve your health.
Simply put, Johanna is a great trainer. She is very knowledgeable as a trainer and is enthusiastic about helping others. Since I started with Johanna, I can honestly say that she has been nothing but the absolute best. Johanna got rid of all of the fears I had with beginning a new training regime, and till this day she continues to be the perfect example of what a personal trainer should be. Johanna was easily welcomed into my gym, and puts any piece of equipment to good use. Shes firm without being too pushy, and gets the job done. I would highly recommend Johanna as a personal trainer, and look forward to working with her even when I pass my personal goals.
I've been doing personal training since 2010 through many different trainers, my all time favorite was with Brittany. I went through a phase where I wasn't conditioned to training, had gained weight and wasn't use to lifting weights. The first time we trained together, I thought it was really weird but she made it of importance about my breathing and posture and didn't just get right back into lifting like I use to. A couple sessions later, I really actually felt a difference because she made it important to recondition myself and make sure that I breathe properly while I train! She not only made me feel physically fit, she was a great person to talk to, and made me feel great while I worked out and constantly pushed me to be a better person. I wouldn't ever want another trainer, and when I'm done with my break from training, Brittany and I are going to be back out there hitting those new PR's!

When you think of hiring a personal trainer you want someone who motivates you, who challenges you, and someone who holds you accountable. I found exactly that with Mike. I love how convenient the workout sessions are: you pick a location and time that works for you and he brings all the equipment you'll need. Most importantly, he works with you to create realistic and attainable goals. When it comes to being healthy there's more to it than just the physique you're trying to achieve and Mike understands that. Which is why you gain a great life coach aside from a knowledgeable personal trainer. Not to mention, he's always just a text away to help answer any questions or concerns.

I've used personal trainer's off & on for over 30 years , and by far Lynda has made the biggest impact ! My goal was to increase my cardio stamina & tone my body overall . We've been training outdoors ( under cover when it rains ) which I really wanted , along with another girlfriend for approximately 3 month's . Reign Athletics & Self Made Training Facility have completely changed my expectations having a personal trainer. I have had trainers at Eos fitness & L.A. fitness and I will never go back to either places or any local gyms for that matter. As a MMA fighter I need to keep my body fat percentage down while keeping my muscle but most importantly staying around 185lbs so I don't die during weight cutts. Brittany has improved every aspect I need as a fighter inside and outside the gym. I never realized how much a science there is in fitness until I started training with her at Self Made. Self Made has top of the line equipment an amazing atmosphere of great people! It's is a Family I'm blessed to have the opportunity to train at and be apart of! When I first started with Brittany I was around 22-24% body fat and in so much need for conditioning and Muscle endurance! My first fight I was completely gased out by the first round that was before starting with Reign Athletics @SelfMadetrainingfacility within a month I had my second fight and I was day and night better!! It was crazy. I can't wait to get back in the ring with the confidence these great people have instilled in me! Thank you Brittany & Self Made!!
