- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have two pricing plans. See the pricing page on our website under the Property Management tab.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically we start with a conversation with a lot of back and forth about the whole property management process. We are happy to go into great detail or just provide general answers to a customers questions. Once you decide to hire us, we'll usually meet at the property to process it into our system and make a customized marketing plan. Then comes the leasing, property management and all the other things related to the day to day function of managing a rental unit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Broker's license. All our property managers are California Real Estate licensed professionals.
