Tom Williams CCTV Home Advisor Company is excellent. Noel is a highly qualified professional technician who was able to change out a camera with an outdoor mount and housing. Noel made the necessary adjustments to the correct DVR format and fine tuned the angles for maximum visibility. He restored the housing and weather protection after mounting the camera and it works great. Thank you Tom and Noel for your good work !

Tom gave me professional advice to help me resolve my security camera issue quickly. As a business owner myself I recognize and appreciate other business owners who go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I sincerely wish I could turn the clock back and have hired Tom and his company to install my CCTV and security system. Be very careful and choose wisely when you're looking to select a professional to install your security or camera system. You will be haunted with ongoing support issues if you do not pick a pro like Tom who will be there to support and stand behind what he sells. Without his help I would still be living the nightmare I have been dealing with for the last three months. Unfortunately the company I chose for my security system and CCTV cameras could not fix the problem and just gave me the runaround until I nearly went in insane, Within one day Tom helped me to get the problem fixed. Trust me, this is the type of customer service and professional knowledge that you need when you decide to install a home security and or camera system. Choose wisely and choose Tom!
