What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a fee schedule that is based on the amount of forms in the tax return. I provide this fee schedule to the client once I arrive at an estimated price for their tax return.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
By speaking to them at length over the phone or scheduling a consultation appointment to discuss their accounting needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a CTEC tax preparer license that allows me to prepare federal and state taxes in the State of California - I am also a QuickBooks Guru and know QuickBooks like the back of my hand and can perform bookkeeping and payroll services at your place of business which includes training and monthly or quarterly maintenance if needed.
