- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Most jobs are a flat $99 . I don't charge any "Trip Fees" or anything like that. If I arrive on site and the job appears to be more complex, I will evaluate and give the customer options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Evaluate what needs to be done, it may not be worth fixing such as a printer or old PC. I explain clearly to my clients what they can expect when the job is complete. I guarantee my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Over 35 years experience in all phases of the computer industry. Various industry certifications over the years. The last 10 years I have been specializing in security cameras and audio / video work.
